Welcome to The Sober Plan

The Sober Plan is for women who know they want to stop drinking but find it too difficult to do alone and are exhausted with the never-ending cycle of feeling lousy from booze, regret and guilt.

It’s for women who need confidential, non-judgy support and a clear action plan as they work towards an alcohol-free life… and importantly, need to do it without feeling they are losing anything, in fact, achieving the total opposite!

Of course, it isn’t always easy. It takes time, determination and commitment to develop new habits. Deeply engrained personal triggers need to be understood and overcome, but after five years of alcohol-free living, I can promise you it is worth every minute invested in arriving at a drama and guilt free healthy and happy life.
